If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality, workmanship, value and service you receive, send them back. Xtreme Shears (backed up by all four manufacturers) will gladly credit your account for exchange or refund your money.
To get a full refund simply return your shear purchase undamaged, within 30 days from the receipt of your purchase to the manufacturer of your product. (shipping charges are non refundable). Upon receipt of your returned item Xtreme Shears will credit your account.
